How to Adjust the Height of the Single Post Template

Hi

Here’s our single blog post template: https://blog.ecoflow.com/us/nuclear-vs-solar-energy/

We want to move the content down a little in order to make the feature image NOT overlapped with the content. See screenshot: https://snipboard.io/MoWXai.jpg

Could you let me know how to make the setting of this?

I have followed your steps, but it has a different background on 2 sides. And the title is not at the middle. Could you let me know what should I do next?

Please check the settings of the second row and apply it on the first one.
Also, you can drag and drop the elements or add a new row.
