How to modify the Single (post) template?

We just bought your Newspaper theme and I got all the things working the way I wanted. But I need to add a hard-coded Adsense code for each Single Blog Post at the header.

I tried modifying the ‘single-loop.php’ file but at compilation, the theme removes this code, how can I place something sticky for all the posts that are there and we will create in the future?

Thanks for the reply, I got it working by Editing the Single Page Theme from the TagDiv editor.

I like the new theme a lot and getting familiar with the setup.
