Mobile Menu not working

Please also check this without any plugins active, leave just Visual Composer active, also clear cache and check if you still have this issue with mobile menu.
If you use child theme, please also check this with the main theme and if it work please make sure that your child theme is also updated to the latest version.

From what version of the theme did you updated?
Please make sure that you update Visual Composer plugin as you use an old version – http://screencast.com/t/uIcAqCJKEu The latest version of Visual Composer that you can find in /plugins folder from theme files that you have downloaded from themeforest. Please try to upload it via FTP and also delete the old js_composer folder before upload it.

Did you used patch to update your theme? I have already asked you from what theme version did you updated?
Please note that if you used an older version than 4.6.2 you make a fresh install of the theme via FTP and no use only patch – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme/
Also if you use child theme, please check this with main theme and make sure that your child theme is updated to the latest version.

Hi,

I’ve checked your site and noticed all this 404 errors to theme’s resources (images/sprites/icons..) in browser’s console: http://screencast.com/t/wTCIpzv8byub
Make sure you also test this using the main theme and without plugins and make sure you also empty all caches then test again.
Let me know how it goes and also try to update the child theme, backup the change made to theme’s files there, update it and do the changes again and also make sure that you adapt the child theme customization to the latest theme files.
Let us know how ti goes using the main theme.
