Email link no longer functions — "We're sorry, you are not allowed to proceed"

I have an email icon in my footer, which when clicked is supposed to open an email client but instead takes a user to an error page that reads:

” We’re sorry, you are not allowed to proceed
Your request looks suspiciously similar to automated requests from spam posting software or it has been denied by a security policy configured by the website administrator.

If you believe you should be able to perform this request, please let us know.

Hovering over the email icon (in this case via the Privacy Policy page), here is the link I see:
“https://www.touchlesstech.com/privacy-policy/info@touchlesstech.com”

I believe it should instead look like this: “info@touchlesstech.com” but maybe I’m wrong?

How do I resolve things to get it to open an email client? I have already exhausted all settings and edits that I can learn about or find but nothing works.
