“popular categories” and “must read” (sidebar) have not been translated, how can I translate them?

Hello,
You can translate them from Theme Panel -> Translations -> Translations -> https://i.imgur.com/ezhjmLq.png and the title of the blocks with tagDiv Composer.

I use the simple “say what” template and do not use a cloud template, in this case how can I translate it with the tagdiv composer? I don’t see an edit button to edit this.
