How to set Publication Pro header to boxed version

I have set the Publication Pro theme to boxed version by adding a background image. Is it possible to match the header (and footer) to the rest of the site’s boxed version width?

Hi!

Thanks for getting back. That only puts the body of the website into a boxed version with fixed width – the header still extends the full widen of the browser window. Is there a way to fix that?
