Hi there,
need help for the tag div Woo Commerce Plugin / The Woo Attribute Filter Shortcode:
I want the categories to be selectable individually – so, when you click on one category, ONLY that category’s items appear, and not the articles from BOTH categories. Unfortunately, this is only possible with the ‘Dropdown Menu’ option. With all other variants (Button, Checkbox, etc.), both categories are displayed.
However, when I select ‘Button’ without ‘Multi,’ I only see that one category, but the page doesn’t stay on the main shop page; it switches to the category subpage.
How can I solve this?
Hello!
In order to avoid misunderstandings, please provide more information(screenshots/video) about what exactly you need to achieve or what is the issue there and your website link.
A solution for sending a screenshot/video is this:
Download, capture, and send: https://www.techsmith.com/jing-tool.html
After making the screenshot, you will have a link; paste it here.
Thank you!
Here is the link: https://app.screencast.com/IbGgRatpnuyV8
You see: I start with the shop base which includes all products. Here I chose “Buttons” for the categories. But when I click at a category, it doesn’t stay at the shop base, the link goes to the category template.
When I choose “multi” for the buttons: it DOES stay at the shop page, but when I want to see the products of another category, it INCLUDES both categories. It shows all products for both categories, but I just want to see the one that I clicked on.
So either it shows all the categories (filters) that I clicked on, which is a bit mixed up here – OR it jumps to the category template, but I don’t want that…
