Upon activating the Newspaper theme, I received the following message and my website crashed:

I can not believe activating the Newspaper theme just crashed my entire website. This is absolutely ridiculous, now I have to spend hours trying to figure out how to get my website back up because I’m guessing nobody will respond to me until tomorrow.
I really can not believe this happened. I even just bought the Newspaper theme, after already using the Newsmag theme… So disappointed right now. What a horrible experience this has been.
I managed to get my website back up just as it was before, had to alter some FTP files.
How do I activate the Newspaper theme without crashing my entire website again? I currently use Newsmag so I don’t understand how transitioning from one of your themes to the other isn’t as simple as clicking the “Activate” theme button.

Do you have a key for Newspaper theme as well?
They are different themes. You should uninstall the first theme and then install the Newspaper theme.

I have an “Item Purchase Code” for the Newspaper theme, is this what you mean by “key”?
Okay, I will switch to an older theme I’ve previously used, uninstall the current Newsmag theme, and attempt to install the Newspaper theme again.

Thankfully, after switching to an older theme, uninstalling the Newsmag theme (as well as the previous Newspaper theme I attempted to activate), and re-installing and activating the Newspaper theme, my entire website did not crash, as it did before.
However, I have encountered another problem when it comes to activating the theme. After typing in my purchase code and email, I am redirected to a page titled “Create your Forum Support Account”.
I tried to type in my current support account email and password but the page will not accept them as the email and username are already being used.
Do I need to create a whole new email and support account?
Or is there a way for me to continue using my current email and support account, the one from which I am communicating with you right now.
