Hello,

Google won’t index our site on mobile because it seems to not work on mobile. The site does work fine on my phone, but I know google search console uses servers around the world, so the site must not be working in some cases. Here (https://ibb.co/grbYdbF) is a screenshot of a the screenshot google took of the homepage (www.rareparenting.com) on mobile. As you can see, it’s not rendering correctly. Any ideas?

Thanks!

Megan

Hello Megan!

After every modification, you need to reindex your website on Google. It may take some more time.

Thank you!

Ok thanks, but what do you mean by “after every modification.”?

Also, to be clear, the mobile version isn’t indexing because it’s not rendering correctly – please see the screenshot. The page doesn’t work in mobile according to google.

Hello Megan!

I know you had an issue there and you solved it because I’ve checked your website.
So, the next step is to re-index your website.
Make sure that any extra plugins or settings that you use do not influence this wrong display.

Thank you!

Ah no, this issue isn’t solved. This is a separate issue, where the homepage isn’t rendering on mobile, per google. The solved issue was regarding a specific post that wasn’t rendering in mobile or desktop.

Hello Megan!

Everything is looking as it should in the tagdiv Composer, or not?

Thank you!

It is, yes, and it works fine on my phone, but per google, the website does not work on mobile (per the screenshot I sent via google, you can see it does not work on their end/via their tests).

Hello Megan!

If there is no problem with the theme, then how can I help you?
Please address this issue with them. If it’s working on your end and you re-indexed your website and it looks wrong, then the problem is there.

Thank you!
