We are creating a project but since one day ago the home page of the website does not load.
It keeps thinking for a long time until it resolves “504 Gateway Time-out”.
We are working with version 12.6 and we have installed the theme “The Rimont”.

The 504 “Gateway Timeout” Error indicates that the browser sent an HTTP request to the server and it did not receive a response in time from another server to complete the request. In most cases, you can resolve it by refreshing the web page.

Those kind of checks are already done.
The error is constant and only happens with “The Rimont” template without any modification so the HTTP call has to be part of it.
If you can’t fix it in your template at least let us know what the call is so we can see if we can disable it or fix it or if we have to change the theme for good.
