So I installed the Newspaper theme – one of the best themes I ever worked with by the way, and I encountered a few issues:
1. My Facebook like box isn’t showing. I have it on my homepage sidebar as well as in each post sidebar, but it just won’t show.
2. Google Adsense ads are not showing either.

Hello,
1. How do you put the facebook there? You can use from Jetpack plugin that have a widget for facebook and is responsive. Instal Jetpack plugin and use that widget.
2. I see that you have google ads on your site http://screencast.com/t/AIbKuVt3dR and on post in sidebar to.
