Template edit Sub-footer not working with 'edit with tag-div composer'

This is regarding the website http://www.thesubsequent.com.
I have installed the footer template – Footer – Default PRO

All the sections are easily editable except for the sub-footer section where even if we click ‘edit with tag-div composer’ the sub-footer is not editable because the mouse is not reaching that section. Tell us a better way to edit it. I have tried it with a professional developer, he is also saying the same thing.

Tell us how to edit the sub-footer section in the footer-default pro template.

Normally, you can edit with tagdiv Composer. Unfortunately, I can’t access the website https://i.imgur.com/Imof0HA.png

You can see here the mouse cannot go to the sub-footer section and hence unable to edit it.
I have spent enough time but not able to find a way to edit the sub-footer

Did you find a way to edit subfooter? I have same problem that subfooter still stay with tag div default text about wordpress and so on. Please let me know how to edit it properly.
