You should click on that title and delete it somehow in the TagDiv Composer. Or, it could be from another plugin. Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.

But when I changed the Block Head type from 13 to say 11 it’s gone.
