I have a problem with TD Composer plugin

Whenever I try to edit using td composer I got this Failed to load plugin url: https://xxxxxxxx.com/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/wp-admin/tinymce/customcodes.js

I removed the theme and added it again and removed the plugin and added it again and I got the same issue
