Hi, I’m having a problem with the mobile version of my site. The site on the mobile opens but after a few seconds it freezes and it is not possible to navigate inside, scroll the page, nothing. Could you help me understand why?

I tried disabling all plugins except tagDiv ones (as I read in other posts dealing with the same problem as me) but it didn’t solve the problem.
Could you help me solve the problem, my site is blocked on the mobile side….
I think I understood the problem:
– there is a bug in your theme: if the “Slide” element is used in tagDiv Composer and a value is assigned to the autoplay option (“Autoplay slider (at x seconds)”, the site crashes in the responsive version on mobile phone.

Indeed when the Slide element is used and is set on Autoplay slider on mobile version can appear problems, what we suggest is to create a mobile page (you can copy the homepage content) and remove the slide or remove the “Autoplay slider ” option from it – https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
