Hello,
Is it possible to setup ad banners:
1. Different banners for each category view?
2. Few banners in loop in one place?
3. Put GIFs in banners places?

Hi,
1. Unfortunately, there is no option in our themes for this. In case that you are using the Newspaper theme you can create multiple cloud templates and change the ads on them, but I think that using a dedicate plugins will reduce the work and effort that needs to be to sustained to manage the ads per categories.
2. There is an option for this on post loop elements in tagDiv composer – https://i.imgur.com/2YkWPWH.png
3. Gifs will work, you can set almost anything.
