I may have run into a bug. The “More” function on the Mega menu is taking over categories as the window is increased in size and then puts them back onto the menu bar as the window is shrunk. It’s a bit hard to describe, but the best way to show it is a video

This is not a common problem, because there are certain conditions, because we made some fixes, and for some it works, and for others it doesn’t.
