Can someone please explain to me whats really happening, It has been almost a week since my website has been down due to the theme and I have been waiting patiently for a new updated, none yet.
This issue is really affecting my site and the traffic, please help out and do something fast.

“(include_path=’.:/opt/alt/php74/usr/share/pear’)” – I see that you have WordPress 6.4.1 ands the error is related to php v7.4, the first suggestion is to update the php to 8.1 or 8.2 according to WordPress recommendation- https://wordpress.org/news/2023/10/wordpress-6-4s-php-compatibility/
Also, we are working for the theme update and we want to make it this week.
