Hello,
In the new Facebook Page plugin i have to do this:
Include the JavaScript SDK on your page once, ideally right after the opening <body> tag.
Can i do this in the Theme Panel and an you tell me where exactly must i paste the code?

Best place to do that is actually in the header.php file
