WP Editor from the "Text with Title" and "Column Text" not loading

Hello,

I’m experiencing issues with the “Text with Title” and “Column Text” widgets for the TagDiv Visual Editor…

When I click the “EDIT CONTENT” button, a window pops up with an endless loop looking like it’s trying to load, but it never loads.

I replied to another post in this forum yesterday (https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/cant-edit-text-2/), and there was a possible solution to the issue given by someone on your team, but it didn’t fix the problem for me.

So far, I have:
– Updated to the latest version of the theme
– Disabled all plugins
– Cleared all cache and cookies
– Added the <IfModule mod_substitute.c>SubstituteMaxLineLength 10M</IfModule> code to my htaccess file

None of these solutions fixed the issue for me.

Do you have any other recommendations? Or maybe can I give someone on your team WP Admin access to my site and maybe they can look into the issue for me?

This problem only started happening recently, so I’m not really sure what is causing the problem.

Thank you for the reply.

I just logged into my site and clicked around to different posts/pages on the front-end, and I edited a blog post on the backend… I’m not getting a 404 error anywhere on my site.
