just purchased, download and activated newsmag and I immediately get “There has been a critical error on this website.”

Hi,
It is possible to be related to a plugin conflict or maybe there are not set the theme requirements – https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-requirements-for-newsmag/
In case that the problem persists, please provide a temporary wp-admin access via email.
