Set the header, that it does not go over the page content

Hi. How to set in TagDiv newspaper theme that the header does not go over page content, is it possible to set that without using empty space for each screen width? Please help me with this..

Hi! My header, as shown here: link, is covering my content. Is it possible to adjust it so that the header menu doesn’t overlap with the content automatically?

Hi,

Unfortunately, I see that you have set no header, so I can’t investigate. Maybe you need to set some margin top and bottom for rows.
