Hello,
How can I change the ‘Related Articles’ to ‘Stories you may like’?
How can I change ‘tags’ here (http://take.ms/a918S) to ‘topics’?
Also, how can I change ‘previous/next article’ to ‘previous/next story’?

Some of that you can change in the “translations” tab in the theme panel.
