Good afternoon, I purchased a theme since November 28, 2015 and my license ending in *****12e0 is no longer working. You already told me to contact Envato and they asked to get back to you as the issue of changing the key was your responsibility. In the past there was no way to unsubscribe the key on a website and today it is possible within the theme itself, but you blocked my key. I want you to limit my key for use in just one domain that I can send to you, or delete this key and send me a new one, I paid for this license and I don’t think it’s fair for you to take it away from me. I am waiting for an urgent solution because in addition to this I have already purchased 5 other licenses and would like to receive attention for this fact. I have been your customer for 8 years.
