Payment Solutions (WooCommerce) – TagDiv Composer Problem

Hello,

We’ve been working on implementing WooCommerce on our site, but have had some problems.

When I use the pages created by TagDiv Composer, the Checkout page doesn’t pick up our payment solutions. But when I create a Cart – Test and Checkout – Test page, using WordPress’s built-in page builder, both the payment solutions are available.

Link to TagDiv Checkout page – https://www.commandeleven.com/checkout/
Link to WordPress built-in composer Checkout page – https://www.commandeleven.com/checkout-test/

Also, please tell me how to change the text colors and fonts in the cart and checkout pages so that they are easily readible.

Please advise.

Regards,

Khalid

Hello Khalid!

I can see they are working as they should. You can edit the pages with the TagDiv Composer and use a cloud template for your shop. You can edit the car page, add the Woo Cart element, and customize it as you want.

Thank you!

Hello Bettina,

They aren’t working as they should.

When I use the pages created by TagDiv Composer, there are no payment options.
When I use the WordPress native composer, there are payment options available.

Here’s the screenshots: https://imgur.com/a/XseSA2N

There seems to be some problem with the TagDiv Composer and the plugin that we use for payments.

Khalid

Yes, Bettina.

When I make the page in WordPress’s own page composer, the payment options appear. When I use the TagDiv Composer, the payment options give an error.

The site is currently down for maintanance on our end, but will be back live in a couple days. I’ll update this thread once the site is back up. Please don’t close it.

I’ve switched to the WordPress pages currently, but would really prefer that the site runs on TagDiv Composer, because of the additional options that are available.

Khalid

Hello Khalid!

In your screenshot is the checkout page from opt-in builder plugin.

Thank you!

Hello Bettina,

No, that was created using the WooCommerce shortcode and WordPress’s built-in editor.

That is why I said in my first email that when I use TagDiv Composer, it doesn’t display the payment options, but when I use WordPress’s built-in page editor, the payment options appear correctly.

The site is back online if you want to check the pages.

Khalid

Hello Khalid!

I’ve tested on your website, and I can add a product to the cart. I can also go to the checkout page with the TagDiv Composer active.

Thank you!

Hello Bettina,

The pages currently running on the website for the cart and checkout were not made with TagDiv Composer. They were made with WordPress’s own composer, as the TagDiv Composer was not able to pickup the payment options, but WordPress blocks were.

I’m sure you’ve also seen that the pages are not readable.

Can you advise on how to customize the WooCommerce blocks so that the text can be read?

Thank you!

Khalid
