I am using reverse proxy for that I have changed site address when I am changing site address to https://apna.co/kinsta-blog-test I am not able to change anything in theme and getting error
please check and let me know how I can fix this

When you changes the website address make sure that the homepage and site url are the same – https://i.imgur.com/gBc4DBC.png also, for further assistance please provide some screenshots with the problem.
