Key- problem-urgent

I bought a license and transferred it between two sites. When I go to the “My License” tab, I can no longer click on the “Assign” button to transfer the key to another site; the buttons are not working anymore. The theme is no longer active on my site. Could you please help me urgently? My site is under maintenance. The key for the site https://www.observatoire-boutros-ghali.org/ is not activated. I don’t know how to activate it because the buttons are not functioning. I contacted the email contact@tagdiv.com but have not received a response.
