Hi there
I have a mega menu and all the settings are the same for each menu item – they’re a mega menu, they have a parent category, the parent category has child items (created in the category section).
But two of my mega menu items don’t display the list of child items on the left side, despite me creating over 5 for each.
Can you advise what could be causing this?

You have to use a parent category if you want to have sub-categories. Also, please make sure that the Menu Item used as Mega Menu is in the root of the Menu and doesn’t have sub-menus inside. Documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/mega-menu/

I have a parent category. Yes I have ensured that the menu item used as a mega menu is in the root of the menu and doesn’t have submenus inside.
The other mega menu items have exactly the same characteristics but two of them are not displaying the list of child items. There is no difference between any of the menu items that I can see but two are not displaying properly.
Can you please help?
