Hello Permalink Settings

Hello, I want to ask about my Permalink Settings not being able to select Custom Structure. After I selected Custom Structure and saved, it returned to Post name. I want to select: ” CustomStructure/%postname%/ ”
I’m using Prebuilt Websites: ECHOVERSE

Please press the blue button save changes. It is a default setting in WordPress.
