Hello,
When a taxonomy is empty, is there a chance that it won’t show it?

You can see how some taxonomies have their tags, but others do not have tags. Is it possible to hide those that do not have tags?

Unfortunately, no. You can assign different templates manually depending on the case, but it won’t know which template to display or element dynamically. You will need a custom solution there.
