I want to you use the built-in feature of WordPress “Sticky post” to pin some posts on front-end category pages.
Although choosting the posts and ticking the sticky option but still on front-end no changed were applicated.
Is there any solution for this?
– My second question is : is there anyway to have custom tags on posts (built-in feature or via coding) that allows to add custom tag to post for ex : sponsored post or such, just like the “exclusive tag”

You can make a row or column as sticky in the TagDiv Composer.
In a custom block, the information displayed in the block is designed in a module template. If you use a flex block builder, then you can choose your template here: https://app.screencast.com/gXE6SxpKfQShp and it will display on the block.
