Under social apis, it says that my instagram account connection has expired. I try to click “remove” to remove the account, but nothing happens when I hit the remove button.

Please also remove the Facebook account, and Instagram should be deleted too.
Due to certain data security requirements, access to personal accounts is restricted. We recommend switching to a business account -> https://help.instagram.com/502981923235522 and logging in to the Theme Panel -> Social/APIS -> https://i.imgur.com/Yx9KEOG.png. You need to be connected to a Facebook page. We will attempt to resolve this, but we cannot guarantee anything as it is beyond our control.

I have already removed Facebook multiple times and added it again to try to resolve the issue but it didn’t work. I also added my Instagram Business account awhile ago, but it doesn’t show on my footer or site. It just shows blanks. Clicking “remove” on the personal Instagram panel doesn’t even have any response.
I have absolutely the same problem. I just subscribe to new replies.

@geekyelephant Do you use Instagram from the theme panel? Please use the element form tagDiv Composer and check afterwards.

I have partially solved my issue.
I have disconnected FB account, then I disconnected IG Business account and connected both of them again. The front end immediately started to work as expected and my IG posts are shown.
On the back end I still have IG Personal account connected and expired. I cannot disconnect it. But so far it does not prevent from loading IG Business account, which is a very useful feature for art-related businesses. Therefore I have no any issues with the theme.

You cannot add a Personal IG account anymore due to restrictions of IG. I have converted my account from Personal to Business. Then I added it in the Business IG section of TagDiv template. At first it did not work. But after I removed both the Facebook and the Business account, I connected both of them again and it worked. (Note, I did not remove FB account connection)
In the Personal IG section there is still the old outdated account connection. I cannot remove it, but I do not use it. So I am fine with it.
