Reply a comment only if the user has a role above subscriber

Hello, I noticed that any visitor can reply to a comment, even a non-user (Yes I did check “Users must be registered and logged in to comment”). So how can I edit it so only users with a role that is above subscriber can reply?

Hello, I hope you are doing well. Unfortunately, replies (of comments) aren’t visible neither on “Reviews” nor on “Comments” on the backoffice, And reviews are only visible on “Reviews”.

I have 1 review and a few replies for this review, and I can’t find them on “Comments” as you can see : https://i.ibb.co/S5VRhGb/Comments.png
