How to edit tag heading to div or paragraph on related article section in newsmag theme? Because i cant see the setting on theme panel

Hello,
The screenshot you added is related to the filter used on related article section.
Unfortunately, there are no options to changed the html tags on “Related Article” articles, sorry, the block title will be display with H4 and articles with H3.
