Hello 🙂
I’m triyng to set up the submit button on the “get in touch” form on the personal doctor page, but I cannot reach that the message from the form can be sent to the doctor email. Is there some kind of set up that I’m Missing?
Thanks for your help! 🙂
Cheers

Hello Mar!
Yes, using the Posts Form Submit element with these settings: https://app.screencast.com/ze1M9O8uinqBJ
The button will send the information automatically to the current doctor’s email.
Thank you!
Hello Bettina,
thanks for your reply.
The email only arrive to the author and not to the doctor email. Is there some more options to add?
One more thing please: Is there a way to create a popup message with confirmation of sent message?
Thanks for your help 🙂

Hi there,
I have a question regarding this. I can’t figure out the right shortcode for the “Send to custom field Email” area. I am using ACF but that doesn’t seem to work in this area. I also tried creating another field and labeling it “Email Address”, but tdcf_email_address didn’t work either. Any advice would be appreciated, thanks!
Hi chrisberke, if you are using acf and cpt to create a frontend submission, on the button “Posts Form Submit” there are some options that can be used – https://i.imgur.com/BjftDNx.png but you also make sure that you have an email system that is working, because the theme itself can not send emails. You can use a SMTP plugin – https://wpmailsmtp.com/
