when I create a category page for abc, all of the other category pages are being changed as well to show abc posts.

The element Flex block with a special filter, for example, the current category, will dynamically display the posts from the current category depending on which one you are in. So, you need to add a flex block with that filter in the category template once, and it will display the posts for each category if you have the same category template assigned to your categories. One more question – Can I have a different Text Box for each one of the category pages? I want to show some info and perhaps an image as well, about the category (which is a brand) before I display the articles.

If you edit a category(Dashboard -> Posts -> Categories), you can see that you can add a category description there. This text can be displayed in your category template with the help of the element called “Category Description.” It will automatically take the text from every category.

Use the “Category Background Image” element when you edit the category template with the TagDiv Composer.
