Make sure you have a color there, and it is not white. https://app.screencast.com/SbZPBlCGYQNaP
Make sure you set a name there for your user in Dashboard -> Users -> Edit this user and check the name.
Make a test and deactivate all plugins except tagDiv ones. Also, if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache, and try again.
