I can't see changes from theme panel

Hello,
I have problem with refresh changes in front. I changed option in theme panel but front don’t refresh them. I disabled cache plugin. What could be the problem?

Please let me know what change you made; maybe you need to do them with the tagDiv Composer in the front.
