I would like to remove the company field ?

The code for shortcodes can be find in this path wp-content/plugins/td-subscription/includes/shortcodes -> https://i.imgur.com/213h9Rz.png
A workaround is to disable the billing details -> https://imgur.com/fE2YJNA
