Upon filling out the sign-up details and clicking on the “Sign Up” button, I encountered a problem where the action did not seem to work as expected. Additionally, the login option is also non-responsive.

I see that it looks good on mobile. Please check the console while you click on the button. Make sure it is not a plugin conflict or a security setting that may interfere there.
