Cannot select template to one category?

I have created one template for one category, but when I select that template on that particular category from the Theme panel, the style is not changing.

Here are the screenshots:
1. Template setting which I created: Photo 1
2. The new template showing within the post: Photo 2
3. I have changed template from theme panel categories, but after changing the template is not changing for all 1900 articles: Photo 3

In the default panel, I have a different template which is running, but for the single category I want to select different template.
