Hi,
I would like to ask for help in understanding the role of rows in page loading. I would like to speed up the page load speed and I don’t know which one is preferable in this aspect. Should I include a full post page in a single Row or should I put the article title, featured image, author name, post body text and so on in separate Rows. Which is preferable? Are there any general rules, suggestions? Thanks for your help.

Yes, if you can have fewer rows on the page, this will help you with page speed.
