Ad not linking properly

Here’s the code from my newspaper theme; ads;”Your header ad”;

It won’t take me to the target, https://neighborhoodpace.org/pe.

Can you help ASAP? Home page is http://www.eastboston.com

Hi Anamaria,
I think I fixed it by entering the ad’s URL in a different theme panel section.
