Newspaper theme. Got a new subscription and I got payment to my Stripe account, but the customer cannot use subscription premium services. He has a account, but the subscription services was not activated. So what I should do in this case ?

Check that subscription (Opt-in Builder -> Subscriptions), edit it and choose the status to be active.

But I can’t see customer information in subscription section. So I got the payment, but I don’t see him anywhere as a customer.

I guess there is a problem with the webhook of your Stripe payment into the opt-in builder plugin on your end.
