I assume its a code issue but on the banner the subscribe button is gone and instead has this text. I can’t figure out how to fix or get ride of it

Please activate the tagdiv social counter and tagdiv newsletter plugins from Newspaper -> plugins.

I activated both of those plugins and the problem persists.
