I’m not sure which fonts you are using in addition. But the woff file is from our theme only: https://forum.tagdiv.com/font-customization/
Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.

We are not using any other font, We are using only ‘fira sans’ but still many fonts are loading.
Please help to resolve the issue.

I’ve checked your website, and I can see other fonts too. Try to check every element and choose the “Fira Sans” font for them. After all modifications, you need to reindex your website on Google. It may take some more time.
