Unfortunately, we have no element in the tagdiv composer that looks like this.
You can build something similar with the help of the custom module: https://forum.tagdiv.com/modules-builder-newspaper-theme/.
Also, we don’t have this scrolling feature. You can set a limit on your posts or use the load more button instead.
