I just want the CPT SEARCH to search for the standard blog posts based on whatever word people use to search. What do i enter into the text field for that to happen? It says post type. What do i put?

Hello,
Please let me know if you have a custom post type created or if you have only posts. There, you can set the name of your cpt if you want to show only cpts in the search results https://i.imgur.com/R7StUo9.png or you let only post there -> https://i.imgur.com/FsYyLE7.png.
Please provide some screenshots.
