AFTER LAST UPDATE EMPTY SPACE AT THE TOP OF ALL PAGES OF MY WEBSITE

After the last update a blank space appeared on all of the pages of my site and there is an arrow top left that has no link.

I tried everything I could but nothing works.

my website was perfect before the update so I hope you can help me fix it please.
