Not sure is this is customer wide, but on our site we have tried twice in the last ten days to update to 12.6.5 newspaper theme, and both times crashed our site pages
As a Test – we went back to 12.6.4, then disabled all plugins, then enabled each one at a time, and no changes to our site. Waited a week, then tried 12.6.5 again, crashes our site. distorted pages, text content all over the place, etc.
What is being done to correct incompatibility with WP update 6.5??

I would wait for WP 6.5.1 as we had some notable issues with other themes, woo commerce, and caching. On one site, we were unable to schedule posts – two uninstall/reinstall, and then tried simply hard clearing cache(s) including browser cache for the admin pages. That cleared it – was basically getting jquery errors with the post admin pages. Not this particular theme. No issues with the ‘sister’ theme, Newsmag, but it’s a bit lean. We are holding off on any more updates across our news network until WP 6.5.1.

Can you please provide screenshots and errors that you have with the theme and the latest version of WordPress? Did you make a test using only tagdiv plugins?
